As president of Iggulden Architectural, Robert D. Iggulden has over twenty years of experience in architecture and design. He has successfully completed hundreds
of projects in Nevada, Arizona, and California.

His project types include single family detached tract residential, various multifamily projects including stacked flats and town homes, custom homes, retail and industrial speculative buildings, and both retail and industrial tenant improvement spaces.

Mr. Iggulden also has an extensive knowledge of Computer Aided Design
and Drafting (CADD). Over the years he has created an outstanding
architectural detail system that is known for its acute accuracy and
readability. This along with Mr. Iggulden's penchant for precision
consistently produces sets of drawing packages that are of
the highest caliber.

Mr. Iggulden graduated from the University of Oregon and is
registered as an architect in the states of California and Arizona.
